Kneading itself
Into the chaos of
Hurting emotion.
It might have been
Far easier to
Cut and fold-
Slice each feeling.
Quiet it.
Grab a bit of air-
Enough,
Just enough, to asphyxiate.

Silence is the key ingredient to placate
nothing works better to quell the emotional stalemate
better still, draw out the air to asphyxiate
one single move that will, the feelings checkmate.
