Our aspirations are but fleeting clouds
Kissing hilltops of determination
To precipitate in the tiny droplets
Of endeavours, that
Run in rivulets of joy
And then nurture seds of hopes
Which rise up
Bloom and blossom into
More aspirations 🙂

  3. That is a lovely poem, Ma’am 🙂 Short but sweet. It reminds me of…….the water cycle? And also of this quote–

“Oh, it’s delightful to have ambitions. I’m so glad I have such a lot. And there never seems to be any end to them– that’s the best of it. Just as soon as you attain to one ambition you see another one glittering higher up still. It does make life so interesting.”

Yes, aspirations are a very beautiful thing to treasure in your mind. Being a student though, and being in the process of building the framework for the fulfillment of my aspirations, I have to say that is the hardest part. 😛

And the accompanying photo is lovely too 🙂 I enjoy every part of a plane ride, and one of the things that I love about it is getting to watch the clouds from above. They just look so different– so temptingly soft and fluffy, and so awe-inspiring.
