It has been a whole two weeks away – and lookie at that, I know you’re saying, her talking as if she’s some pro blogger who doesn’t miss a day out on her blog 😀 – two hectic weeks that I am glad I did not have a challenge for, with things in a tizzy, all around, home, hearth, family, school, and what have you!
Still each day, when I lurked and checked mail, I’d find a couple of comments on those blogs, of the past month, and reason to believe in the fact that there are no coincidences in life. You meet some people, however virtually, and you know for sure, it isn’t the first time you’re meeting. I’m a firm believer in that.
I’d love for you to meet, here, two of them, one, who set herself a challenge, just as we did, in the Ramblings in Februray Challenge. She has written, in verse, in Limerick, would you believe, as easy as you please, 28 of them on Shail’s blogs, and another 28 here… 🙂 🙂 and the other, the instigator, motivator, encourage’r’, awesome blogger, story writer, poetry composer, photographer, birder, and what not 🙂
So this post here, takes off from where we left off, on 28th February, with huge thanks, indeed a debt of gratitude to Shail, for the prompting and the encouragement and to you, Gulshan, for the limericks this blog now carries, with your trademark precision, substance and sheer beauty.
Onward ho, to the main part of this post: a tribute of sorts to ’em both, in the style of one of ’em writers: the Limerick 😀
On Gulshan Gev Bamboat, Awesome Limerick’er’
There are lessons to learn
Though maybe no brownie points to earn
If you’ll just read from her
Skim, scan, just surf her on your browser
An awesome poet, gracious, beautiful lady, you’ll discern!
A garden full of beauteous flowers
Leafy green, blossom-bedecked arbours
Graceful, elegant, lovely, simply pretty
Always, but always, at the tips of her fingers, an instant ditty
Awesome, simply extraordinary, her versification powers!
And Shail: Multifaceted multi-tasker 🙂
Our brain, it doth strain, sometimes in pain
To churn out posts, some forced, for what gain?
Shail’s it’s amazing to observe
All praise it doth deserve
For the perennial flow of wonderful notes, again and again!
So here I am, cheerfully
Telling you of Gulshan, happily
Not to forget another soul
Sole reason, is she, Shail, for making that month whole
Shail and Gulshan, you’ve added glitter and glam, to this space, verily 🙂 🙂 ❤ ❤
Thank you, immensely, endlessly, both of you 🙂
Shail has been around blogdom for ever, it would seem, 🙂 and with it, been wielding her camera, taking the most beautiful pictures, interestingly captioning them, and been the motivator to get into birding, for me, as well 🙂
And Gulshan has more than four thousand, one hundred limericks composed, to her credit. I know, we mere mortals, can but hope to see and read more from them and continue to be inspired!
So, that’s a halt, to this march of words, for now 🙂

Yes, both of them are best in their own way! I envy both and you too, Usha, for the hold on the language. I enjoy reading all of you. Hope I improve in due course!
Keep writing!

Putting me into seventh heaven bliss

I merely state
Reaction — and respond to a very fine Miss!

Btw, Omg, Usha. You are turning into quite a limerick writer yourself! Gulshan is the sweetest ever, known her since my early blogging days (she used to blog too, then)
Danke, for all the lovely words, thoughts, limericks 😀 🙂

Grinning alongside, Shail
In this mutual admiration society awhile
Since you say it so sweet
Let me say it yet more sweet
More thank yous, as long as the River Nile 😀 😀
Thank YOU, Shail! ❤

and the third, young minds she does teach
Thank you Usha for the ‘Odes of March’.
